New resources including the Cool Rule Tunes and new Coolcasts morning announcement scripts are now accessible on the Subscriber Lesson Pages of www.coolkidschannel.com and new lessons will be posted this week and next.

Support Resources Now Posted

Support resources are now available in the Subscriber Lesson Pages.  You will find links to the following resources in the red column on the left of the Subscriber Lesson Pages:

• Getting Ready to Begin Cool Kids - includes directions for accessing lessons, leading lessons, and playing the Cool Kids Click online game
• Helpful Documents for Cool Kids Curriculum Subscribers - includes a handout for teachers, Cool Bucks, a Power Point of the Cool Rules, a handout for parents, and the Cool Rule Plans
  
• Cool Rule Tunes - includes downloadable MP3s, a document of the lyrics to the songs, and tips for using the songs
• Coolcasts Morning Announcement Scripts - Adrian Villegas, a Dallas ISD counselor, made some excellent contributions to the new announcement scripts
• How to Use Cool Kids for Classroom Behavior Management - includes ideas for using Cool Kids as a strategy for encouraging positive behavior across campuses

The Cool Tones in Concert with a Talk for PTA Meetings

Schedule Dr. Schwall and "The Cool Tones" for an educational concert.  "The Cool Tones," featuring Sam Schwall (Dr. Schwall's 14 year-old-son) on guitar and vocals, a bass player, and a drummer, play the Cool Rule Tunes live plus a few extra songs along with Dr. Schwall sharing quick segments on how to help students be respectful and responsible.  An evening with entertainment from "The Cool Tones" and tips from Dr. Schwall promises to be fun and enriching for the whole family.
