Cool Kids Resources for Schools 2011-2012 Launch

Within the next two weeks, those of you who have subscribed to or renewed Cool Kids will be given access to the new resources listed in the checklist below.  To get the year started:

1. Check out the Coolcasts morning announcement scripts and create your schedule
   
2. Check out the Cool Tunes songs – use them for assemblies, morning announcements, and lessons
3. Check out the Cool Kids Kick-off ideas
4. Create your scope and sequence with the new lessons
5. Schedule your Cool Kids launch assembly

Use Cool Kids Gear to Encourage a Positive School Climate and Behavior

• 11"x17" Cool Rules Posters - use in classrooms
• 27"x39" Cool Rules Posters - use in common areas such as foyers, cafeterias, and gyms
• 8.5"x11" Cool Rules Posters - give to students to take home or to keep in a folder or binder
• Cool Rule Backpack Tags - give to students when seen using a Cool Rule, use in drawings of Cool Bucks, give to "Cool Kids of the Month," purchased with Cool Bucks in Cool Stores
• Cool Kids T-shirts for students - give in drawings or to Cool Kids of the month
• Cool Kids T-shirts for staff - may be worn by counselors and principals, may be offered to or paid for by teachers who may wear jeans when they wear them
• Cool Kids Pencils - give to all students at launch assembly, give to students for Cool Bucks drawings, give to "Cool Kids of the Month"
